Glenn has worked on water systems in 14 countries ranging from water supplies for entire nations to water for single family homes. He has over 30 years of experience in the water industry. He has designed and operated water systems treating seawater, radioactive water, hot volcanic vent water and simple lake, stream and groundwater supplies. His professional experience includes pump design, desalination, public water supply systems, distribution systems, water filtration plant design, industrial water treatment, groundwater and wells. Projects include municipal, industrial, and individual private water projects. Glenn has a degree in Applied Physics from Antioch College (Yellow Springs, OH), and is a seasoned trainer and educator for utilities, municipalities and universities. He is a certified Water Operator for the State of California and Cross-connection Specialist and Backflow Tester and is Sandia National Laboratories RAM-W certified. Glenn has held the position of Chairman for AWWA’s CA-NV Small Utilities Committee and has served on the Board of Directors for the Alameda County Water Agency. Since 1997, Glenn and Water Solutions has been involved in the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Water Alliances Voluntary Efficiency (WAVE) program. Glenn has been a speaker and lecturer at conferences in the water industry and is a licensed pilot.

Glenn Reynolds

John is the team’s senior project manager and has extensive knowledge in all areas of water system design. John has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. He is Certified in project management and data analytics from Cornell University. He holds a diploma in business CORE from Harvard University. John worked for Stanford University in the athletics department for eleven years following two years at the United States Naval Academy. John’s thirteen years of athlete management has honed his project management skills.

John Vandemoer

Evan is a registered Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist in the State of California and has experience in geotechnical engineering, geoenvironmental engineering, hydrogeology, as well as construction-related stormwater monitoring. Evan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Evan Wolf, P.G., C.E.G

Jack is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California and has over 40 years of extensive experience in mechanical, process and engineering solutions. Jack has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. He has developed coal mining equipment for the US Bureau of Mines, main frame structures for communication satellites for Loral Space &#x26; Communications as well robotics and automated diagnostic instruments for the semiconductor and biotech industries.

Jack Sutton, P.E.

Chuck has over 30 years of senior management and project management experience working for Silicon Valley start-up companies. He has led multi-disciplinary teams of engineering, R&#x26;D, manufacturing, quality, and documentation personnel through all phases of product development in the disk drive, semiconductor, and biotech industries. Chuck received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University (San Jose, CA) and is the holder of six U.S. patents. Chuck is our valve specialist.

Chuck Reichel

Emma is our office manager and logistics specialist. Emma graduated from University of Victoria with a Bachelors of Science. Emma has experience in office management, project coordination and client relations.

Emma Reynolds

Becca Carlton has a B.A. in History from Lewis &#x26; Clark College and an M.Ed in
Kinesiology: Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota. She joined the Water Solutions team after twelve years of coaching NCAA Women’s Rowing, bringing with her a background in team building and leadership. Becca oversees WSI’s financial operations, risk management, and human resources.
