The Range Testing Unit helps you determine if the Radio Tank Level Controller will function properly at your site.

Instructions:
Transmitter
Place the Transmitter and antenna on your tank roof in the position that where the Tank Level Controller will be placed permanently. Use the included clamps or duct tape.
Move the coiled Transmitter cable away from the antenna.
Move the Transmitter switch to the “on” position.
Determine if the meter is reading less than 20. If the meter reads above 20, the Transmitter antenna may be damaged. Call Water Solutions immediately.
Receiver
Take the receive to the location of the pump house
Turn the Receiver “On”
Unit should begin giving audible beeps within 20 seconds. Wait a couple a minutes and begin counting beeps.
If beep series are more than four, the unit will work in your location. If the beep count is less than 4, the signal may not be strong enough for unit. A signal booster is available that may enhance the signal. Call Water Solutions for more information.
Troubleshooting
Detuning may occur if the unit is too close to metal.
Other electrical devices may cause radio interference. If you are getting a weak or inconsistent signal, power-down other devices and retest.
