Glenn Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in the water industry.His professional experience includes: pump design, desalination, public water systems, distribution systems, water filtration plant design, industrial water treatment, ground water and wells. Additionally, Glenn is a seasoned trainer and educator. Glenn has a degree in Physics, and training in membrane systems, treatment technologies and pump design. He is Sandia RAM-W certified and chairman of the CA-NV-AWWA’s Smaller Utilities Committee. From May 2009 to Dec 2010 Glenn was on the board of directors for Alameda County Water Agency serving more than 300,000 residents. Glenn has been flying for 15 years and uses a Cessna 182 to visit water systems and conduct watershed sanitary surveys. greynolds@h2osolutions.com

Frank Kresse, Geologist
Mr. Kresse has 49 years of experience in engineering geology and environmental geology, groundwater hydrology, rock mechanics, earthquake engineering, well technology, and geothermal and water quality studies. He has managed large-scale projects and participated in geological investigations for groundwater resource development, mine sites and waste deposits, geothermal development, dams, reservoirs, tunnels, highways, contaminated sites, land development, and nuclear power plants. He has managed several waste facility projects to identify site characteristics relevant to groundwater contamination. He is experienced in providing regulatory liaison with Federal, State, and local agencies. He has participated in several projects involving litigation and has provided expert witness testimony.
